Your comfort and trust come first. Since we are cash on delivery, you can inspect the product before you pay.
Inspection on delivery
You can open and inspect the product in front of the courier before paying. If it arrives damaged or different from your order, you have the right to refuse it with no fees.
Returns & exchange
- A product may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if it is in its original condition with packaging, accessories and invoice.
- Factory-damaged or not-as-described products are exchanged or fully refunded.
- Some products (consumables, activated software, special offers) may not be returnable for technical/hygiene reasons — this is noted on the product page when applicable.
- For a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order number.
