“جوة السوك” is an Iraqi electronics store operated by Iraq Digital Solutions, in business since 2021. Our system rests on one clear rule: your money stays in your pocket until the product arrives and you inspect it with your own hands — then you decide. This page lays out inspection, invoicing, warranty and returns in plain terms.
1) Cash on delivery… and inspection before payment
How ordering works, step by step:
- Pick your product and place the order — with no prepayment and no transfer, ever.
- The courier delivers to any of the 18 governorates.
- You open the parcel and inspect the product in front of the courier, before paying anything.
- If it arrives damaged or differs from the description, you have the full right to refuse delivery and pay nothing.
- If everything checks out, you pay the courier in cash. That is all.
2) The official invoice
Every order ships with an official electronic PDF invoice carrying a sequential order number and the SKU of each product. Keep it — it is your warranty document and your official link to us.
3) Warranty
Our products are 100% genuine from authorized suppliers. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type, so we confirm them precisely per product instead of blanket promises.
Before ordering, ask us on WhatsApp (07755665576) about your exact product's warranty: who backs it, for how long, and what it covers. We answer and confirm it in writing in the chat, and your invoice remains the reference document.
4) Return & exchange within 3 days
You may return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. Applies when a defect appears or the item differs from its listing; not after 3 days or if the product's condition has changed.
And remember: your first line of defense is inspecting in front of the courier before paying.
